15 Days to Freedom New Year Blog Challenge: Day 13 – the ONE thing to help my mind, body and soul

Day 13: the ONE thing to help my mind, body and soul

ONE thing only? Ow! I think I have a lot to introduce into my life that is going to help my mind, body and soul… hmm..

But to sum up, yes, I think there’s ONE thing to do: to be mindful as I take care more of my mind, body and soul.

And then, I can break it down into practical actions. For the mind, for the body, and for the soul.

Ah, now I can have a lot of things on the list :D

For the mind: be mindful: read, watch, listen, and study quality stuff.

For the body: be mindful: eat only healthy food, do joyful exercises, and plenty of rest and self care: go to good quality spa, using only natural beauty products. do regular detox and drink lots of water.

For the soul: be mindful: laugh a lot. love all things. pray with gratitude, count my blessing. make art.listen to uplifting music (for me, classical music, especially the baroque). dance (can go to for the body, too – but for me dancing javanese / balinese is more like a moving meditation)
